As twilight nears, the natural instinct for slumber is initiated within the human body. Nestling deep within the peaceful confines of one’s cradle of relaxation, a journey into the subconscious is about to commence.

The human soul was never to be permanently imprisoned by the mortal flesh for the entirety of the gestation on earth. Dreaming and astral escape while the body lies dormant for bountiful hours is crucial to the health and happiness of the soul. Returning temporarily to our home realm on the other side, we subconsciously cross over nightly utilizing our physical unconscious state.

Many people dream of communicating and visiting with departed loved ones, assuming it is merely an illusion caused by the subconscious and imaginative mind. Many times, it is the true, ethereal soul in which you perceive as your former loved one. Through dreams, spirits can directly communicate with you due to the harmonious blending of the realms within dream state.
