Part 1: INCOHERENCE AND HIGH INDIFFERENCE - INTANGIBLE MATERIALITY
“The world is like an asylum and the people therein suffer from insanity.
Only the one who appears to all as insane will lead us out into the light of wholeness and sound mind."

INTANGIBLE MATERIALITY
BY
BRUCE DUENSING

The
Cryptology of Abstraction
As
an observer of observers within the phenomenology of the paranormal, if you
have read previous pieces here, you know that my exploration of this realm is
largely based upon the paranormality of an unknown self in relation to the
demonstrations of the anomalous which may or may not bear some leverage toward
coherence within this Janus of convergence. Why does the behavior of the
paranormal exhibit in the variations of possible equations of behaviors that
are fundamentally tied to our own hopes, desires, fears and cravings only to
demonstrate through our referential shopping list of desires, an inescapable
high indifference and incoherence? Why does this illusive phenomenon appear as
a cryptic symbology whose manifestations are, to us a spectrum of waking
dreams?
Reflection and Image
Perhaps
we are, as potentially sentient creatures, much like a translucent sphere with
an outer and inner surface and the membrane of this bubble might be likened to
that construction we call personality, whose utility is skewed and consequently
is directed by default toward what we can see rather than what we are, in a
referential game of similarities and correspondences, we borrow and mimic as
collectors of these bits and pieces that once cobbled together are you and I,
and yet are not....and so I offer you a zen like consideration to be
unraveled in a visualization of dimensionality toward this membrane you and I
inhabit as delivered several centuries ago by Ibn Al Arabi. What exists
between the mirror and the object that is reflected in it?
