ASTRAL UNVEILING - Danielle Lee
THE SPIRIT GUIDE
BY DANIELLE LEE

Drifting peacefully amongst the refuge of one’s
sanctuary, feather pillows and blankets arranged blissfully as to provide a
restful and refreshing evening’s slumber. As the eyelids provide a well
deserved shelter for the tired and precious instruments of sight, the mind
begins to slip away to adventure in an ethereal world of weightless wonder.
Dreams flow through the conscious mind like the
dual identity of the ocean. The unconscious dream waves can be gentle, like a
massage from the tide on the sand as the water breathes its fluid dance. The
ocean can also be a tumultuous nightmare, destructive and angry, throwing
itself against the rocks with vicious force and rebellion.
As with everyday life, a dream can be as random as the personality disorder of the ocean. From being chased by random creatures to finding yourself completely and inexplicably nude in science class, dreams are truly a mind altered state.
Most dreams are like watching or participating
in a movie, you are merely the actor and the script has already been written.
Attempting to control these types of dreams is of little use since it is
completely of your subconscious and not available for improvisation.
