Reported: 2008-10-08 Sighted: 2008-10-07 - COLORADO
This is now the second night I've seen this, though it wasn't visible from the vantage point I had the night before. This light appeared like a star just at dusk, and then slowly descended, then headed north very slowly, then straight down. As it descended out of a cloud, the closer it got to the earth, the brighter it got. It seemed like it wasn't moving, until I look at the pictures I took and you could see that indeed it was. It was gold and green and pulsed like a heartbeat. I have several pictures and will attach a few to show the movement.
Nothing in the sky that is natural is that bright at night. The moon and Venus were to the left of my vantage point. The view is taken from an overlook facing the front range from the Daniels Park area.

Noticed object in photo when transferring photos from camera to computer a few hours after I shot them.
I was near the end of shooting about 300 photos of local autumn scenery and stopped at a friend's house to shoot the panoramic view of the Moreno Valley I knew could be seen from his main deck. While returning to my car, I noticed a flower pot on another small deck which juts out from the living room of his house about 12-15 feet above the driveway. The flowers hanging over the pot looked pretty against the bright blue cloudless sky, so I shot four pictures in a row of them, from about 20 feet away, using a telephoto lens. (The first shot was a "single;" the next three were a "burst.") The shots were aimed up toward the sky, slightly north, but mostly to the west. If there was any wind, I didn't notice it.
I noticed the object in photo one (of the four I shot of that scene) when quickly scanning through the photos as I transferred them from my camera to my computer. Since I hadn't noticed anything in the sky when I shot the photo, I thought maybe the "object" resulted from a "glitch" in the camera. I made a copy of the photo at full size and enlarged it in Photoshop, then enlarged the section with the object in it again and "enhanced" it using the Photoshop Unsharp Mask filter at the following settings: Amount-500; Radius-25; Threshold-15. In the enlarged enhanced view, the object appeared to be solid, and not the result of a camera malfunction. I checked and rechecked the other three photos of the same scene and found no trace of the object in any of them.
I mentally retraced my activities to determine the time when I shot the photo and then did test shots with the same camera to determine the amount of time which elapsed between the first and last photos in the scene (five seconds).
Camera: Fuji S100, 12 megapixels. Setting for all four photos: automatic. I have saved all four original photos.

Strange Cloud Vortex and Disc-shaped Objects. I saw this peculiar cloud formation on October 11, 2008 in the early afternoon. The strange part was that it had what looked like a spinning current erupting from its center. I did not notice any active rotation at the time, but it has a definite spiral appearance to it. The formation dissipated a few moments after I took these shots, but it filled the sky at the time. I've never seen a cloud with this pattern or movement. Upon closer examination and magnification of the three photos, I noticed that there were strange objects in and around the clouds. They were not visible to the eye, but they appeared on these pictures.
These objects were completely silent, and I could not hear anything in the skies. The object in img0071 is hard to see. It is in the top right quarter of the image, pretty much in the middle of that quarter. This object looks like a disc, but it is so small that its hard to tell. I can send a highlighted version of this picture to show you if necessary, but there were only three slots available and I wanted to post the pictures I had. In img0072, the object appears to be at the top of the cloud vortex or pillar, and looks teardrop in appearance. One side of the object appears metallic, while the other side was very dark and slightly purple. Finally, in img0073, There are now two objects in the top right quarter of the picture, each disc or spherical shaped and dark. All of these shots are taken on a canon digital rebel xt camera with an efs18-55mm lens.
Like I said previously, I wanted to take pictures of this weird cloud and did not even see the objects at the time. Had I known that there were objects there I would have put my telescopic lens on. Seeing these objects and this peculiar cloud funnel has definitely made me believe that something is going on that we are not aware of.
Sighted: October 8, 2008 - Cylindrical UFO Photographed in ITALY
The unknown, cylindrical object was photographed on 10-08-08 at Ciampedie di Val di Fassa, in the Trentino. The photographer was attempting to take a photograph of the sun. There were chemtrails from various aircraft at the time.
The photographer did not see the cylindrical object at the time he took his photograph. It was discovered later when reviewing all of his pictures. Several different filters were applied to the original photograph, and there is no doubt that the cylindrical UFO was a solid object.
